This Saturday February 20th there is a very important show at The Hexagon (2600 27th Avenue South) in Seward, Minneapolis. The Chickadee Mountain Martyrs release their debut LP through Anti-Civ Records. This is also Luc's annual birthday show so if you appreciate him as a person perhaps you might consider buying him a drink and or buying his record? An earthquake in Illinois could not shake this evening's support loose. Be sure to arrive early to avoid missing Dark Dark Dark and Knife World taking the stage. In short, The Chickadee Mountain Martyrs are my favorite local band of 2010 but I reserve the right to make that official until it is known how many units they can move.
