Vegetable pho at The Lotus. Click the photo to enlarge. I refer to it simply as The Lotus and it's my favorite place to get pho in Minneapolis. Non-pho dishes are excellent as well. The Lotus is well known in the Loring Park and surrounding neighborhoods for their quality food. Chicken pho used to be my stand by but I've been really into the vegetable pho lately. Chili oil all around. Even during the summer I like getting it once or twice a month. Yoom is the man.
